What's better than working with people you trust? If you know someone who you trust to do a great job for one of the open positions at Maze, we want to know about them. This will help Maze build a great product, create a great culture, and make sure every a-maze-ing is, well, amazing. So, if hired, on their 6 months anniversary you will receive a $1000 bonus for full time team member recruits or $500 for part time team member recruits (that are not fixed term i.e. have no set end date). ๐
Our teams gather in person 1-2 times per year to collaborate together, generate deeper bonds, and get some face-to-face time in. These events may be smaller team meetups or larger department gathering depending on the objective of the off-site. In the past we have also done company wide retreats, but we are currently putting more focus on the department/team events.
