We want you to be able to take your time off and disconnect! At Maze we offer you a minimum of 4 weeks off per year (it could be more depending on your country’s specific regulations).
How will the amount of days off per week of PTO be calculated?
It will be calculated by the average number of days you work per week.
In countries or positions where PTO is tracked by hours, your total calculated days will be multiplied by your average daily working hours.
This will be accrued on a per payroll basis where the total days or hours are divided by the total number of pay periods there are in a year.
Unused PTO will rollover to the next calendar year, up to 2 weeks (days/hours calculated by your average working day/hours per week), unless your country requires more be allowed to roll over.
