✅ What you need to do

1. Fill in the laptop order form as soon as possible. It's also in your Welcome email. Some laptops can take over a month to arrive, so submitting the form early gives your laptop the best chance of being ready for your first day.
2. Check which laptop is suggested for your team in the table below.
3. We'll then order your laptop and ship it to the address provided in the form.

Your computer is classed as company property. You may be required to return it if you leave the company.

💰 How the Laptop Fund works

Once you submit the form, Maze orders your laptop and ships it to you. You don't pay anything.

If your start date is less than a week away, we may ask you to buy a laptop yourself so you have it in time to start, and we'll reimburse you on your first paycheck.

The process is the same whether you're full-time or part-time.

Delivery times vary. Most laptops take a few weeks, but some can take over a month, depending on the model and where you're based.

Screen size (13" or 14") depends on stock and pricing in your local Apple store or reseller. We'll choose the option that gets you a laptop in time for your start date.
