Maze pays for the premium for the full-time team member's coverage
For part-time team members working at least 15 hours per week: Maze will premiums at the following rates: 50% for team members working 15-23 hours/week, 75% for team members working 24-29 hours/week, and 100% for team members working 30+ hours/week.
You are able to add a spouse and/or dependents to your plan. If you want to add a dependent to your plan, you will be responsible for the premium payment. We will set up a monthly auto withdrawal from your A-Maze-Ing Benefits ThanksBen allowance.
🔥 I am located in the UK - will this be taxable?
In Ben, you will be given the option to view the health plan details, opt in, add dependents, or opt-out of coverage.
If you opt-out or do not enroll a dependent, you are not eligible to change this election until the next open enrollment period or if you experience a qualifying life event.
<aside> ⭐ Maze's goal is to provide equity between team members which is why we offer fully paid coverage to all team members. That being said, there is no financial benefit for team members to opt-out.
