💲Cost of Coverage
- Maze pays for the premium for the full-time team member's health coverage and fees associated with the plan
- The cost of the
Cobee Social Allowances
and Urban Sports Center Membership
will be deducted from your monthly Ben allowance
- You are unable to opt out of these benefits if you select one of the local benefits plans
- For part-time team members working at least 15 hours per week: Maze will premiums at the following rates: 50% for team members working 15-23 hours/week, 75% for team members working 24-29 hours/week, and 100% for team members working 30+ hours/week. A monthly Ben deduction will be set up to cover your portion of the premium.
- You are able to add a spouse and/or dependents (children) to your plan if you have enough Ben allowance to cover their premium. If you want to add a dependent to your plan,
you will be responsible for the premium payment. We will set up a monthly auto withdrawal from your Ben allowance.
You can only add dependents up to the amount of available Ben money you have per month.
- Dependents can be added to the plan, and Oyster will provide a 30-day window from the time the team members are enrolled to allow them to add their dependents to cover.
