Building products is always a risk. And the riskier the product decision, the more data we need to fully commit. It’s not easy, however, to validate ideas and get actionable, quantifiable user insights to make product decisions confidently, especially before you have a live product or website.
We experienced this firsthand while working on our previous startup. We had a waiting list of 2,000 people willing to test our prototype—and yet no platform easily allowed us to test our product idea at scale.
This is when Maze was born.
Maze began with the belief that product teams should have easy access to user insights during the design phase. Since then, we have evolved our vision to empower product teams to learn continuously throughout the entire product development cycle. Continuous product discovery eliminates assumption bias by building with users, allowing teams to make the right decisions and build products of value.
